Deposits are non-refundable. Should circumstances prevent an event from occurring, not to exclude inclement weather or illness, Good Times Roll must be notified immediately and prior to the start of the event. In most cases, you will be given an opportunity to reschedule and have the deposit transferred to a later date, based on availability. Inability to provide proper notice and reschedule a date within guidelines results in forfeiture of deposit.
Any damages to the equipment that are incurred at the fault of the renter, guests, staff of the venue, or any other person on-site and during the time of the reservation, is the responsibility of the renter. Failure to pay damages or for replacement of equipment up to $5000 can and will result in legal action.
Good Times Roll will monitor weather the day of the event and reserves the right to cancel delivery with short notice due to inclement weather (rain, flooding, snow, ice, hail, high winds, thunder, etc.). Weather conditions can pose a safety hazard to representatives and participants and be harmful to equipment. Should this occur, we will reach out to reschedule for a date within a reasonable time frame and your deposit will be transferred to the new date/time. Deposits are non-refundable.
